Common questions

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Your trial ends and AI features pause until you subscribe. Your data stays put — projects, tasks, journal, garden, broadcasts, everything. Subscribe in one click from Settings → Workspace whenever you're ready.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Trial is fully free, no card. You only enter a card when you decide to keep going.

How does team billing work?

The workspace owner is billed. $9 per month for the owner seat + $5 per month for each additional teammate. Adding or removing a teammate prorates automatically.

What if I cancel?

One click in Settings → Workspace. Your subscription ends at the period boundary, your data stays accessible read-only for 30 days, then exports cleanly to JSON.

Are founding rates really locked for life?

Yes. The first 100 founding members + their first 5 teammates lock in $9 per month + $5 per teammate forever. Beyond 5 teammates, additional seats are billed at the current public rate. Public launch pricing will be higher; founding members keep their rate as long as their subscription stays active.

Is my data private?

Yes. Projects, journal, notes, chats, mood — all scoped to your workspace. Personal items (journal, notes, mood) stay private to each individual even within a shared team. We don't train AI on your content.
