Terms of Service

Last updated: May 6, 2026

These terms govern your use of Greenhouse Hub ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and plain.

Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Greenhouse Hub.
  • You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
  • One person, one account. Don't share login credentials.

Workspaces, owners, and members

Greenhouse Hub organizes work into workspaces. Each workspace has one owner (the person who pays for and controls it) and any number of members (people the owner invites).

The owner can:

  • Manage billing and the subscription
  • Invite or remove members
  • Create, edit, archive, or delete projects
  • Manage workspace settings, integrations, and agent standing instructions
  • Access shared workspace data — projects, tasks, broadcasts, social posts, deliverables, contact lists

Members can:

  • Work on projects they're added to (tasks, agent chat, deliverable review, broadcasts and social on assigned projects when granted)
  • See workspace activity for their projects
  • Use their own personal-data features (journal, notes, garden, mood, energy, personal tasks)

Personal data is private to the individual user. No one in a workspace — including the owner — can view another user's journal entries, notes, garden, mood data, intentions, energy data, or personal tasks. This is enforced technically (records scope to the user, not the workspace) and contractually (we will not surface a member's personal data to an owner or other member, even on request, except as required by law). If you've been invited to a workspace, your private wellness layer stays yours.

Owners are responsible for the lawful and respectful use of the workspace they run, including how they invite, remove, or assign members. Members are responsible for the work they produce inside a workspace they've joined.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Send spam, phishing, harassment, or unsolicited bulk email through the broadcast feature
  • Upload illegal content, malware, or content you don't have rights to
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the Service in ways that disrupt it
  • Use the Service to build a competing product
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without permission

We can suspend accounts that violate these rules, especially around email abuse — that protects every other user's deliverability.

Your content

You own everything you create in Greenhouse Hub — projects, tasks, journal entries, broadcasts, garden plants, all of it. We don't claim any rights to your content. We never use it to train AI models.

You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content as needed to operate the Service (e.g., we have to store your tasks in our database to show them back to you).

AI agents

Greenhouse Hub includes AI agents (Maya, Cora, Theo, Jules, Dev, Finn, Lexi) powered by Anthropic's Claude. They generate suggestions, drafts, and assistance based on your prompts and workspace context. AI output:

  • Can be wrong, biased, or out of date — review before acting on it
  • Is not legal, financial, or medical advice (Lexi will tell you when to talk to a real lawyer; Finn will tell you when to talk to a real CPA)
  • You're responsible for whatever you do with the output

Email broadcasts

If you use the broadcast feature, you're responsible for compliance with email laws — including CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), and GDPR (EU). That means:

  • You have permission to email the recipients on your list
  • Every email includes a working unsubscribe link (we add this automatically)
  • You include a physical mailing address where required
  • You honor unsubscribes promptly

Repeated abuse complaints from your sends will result in your broadcast feature being disabled.

Pricing and changes

Pricing tiers are listed on the website. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice for existing paid customers. Free tiers may change without notice.

Cancellation and termination

You can delete your account anytime from settings, and we'll permanently delete your data within 30 days. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when reasonable.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss). Total liability is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months prior.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service in violation of these terms or applicable law (e.g., if you spam people through broadcasts and they sue us).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when. Material changes will be emailed to active users.
